My major is food science & technology. some people dont’t know or confused with food nutrition. We are usually learning some kinds of chemistry such as biochemistry, microbiology, engineering. The most interesting subject is food processing in this semester. We study something which is very related to our daily life like a principle of noodle-making and baking from that. We don’t have any cooking courses because our major is somewhat different from a major which usually deals with cooking. However, We have practiced some processing of making something new in this class. We participated in making apple jam and cookies. It was really interesting and effective learning. If these is a cooking class, I would like to join and learn about cooking more.
